adobe flash keeps failing when I install,so when I go manual then a screen comes up for me to save or cancel.I have just installed firefox and without adobe flash I cant use most of my sites.It is now saved in my downloads 4 times.I have rebooted but that didnt help.What do I do

Try this page to test you version Flash (I don't think you have it installed), and the page will provide you with a link to install the latest version.

I don't think that page will try to install additional software that you did not ask for (crapware), but read carefully anything that you checkmark (on or off) and that you agree to. Adobe in notorious for installing additional crapware.

During the installation you may be asked to close Firefox (Alt+F > Exit) verify in the Windows Task Manager that Firefox is actually closed.

thanks,what I was doing wrong I didnt close the firefox.I ended up closing everything and it worked right away
