I installed version 5 and before it started up the message: A script may be busy or not responding. Wether I press continue or stop script, when firefox opens instead of a toolbar there is the message: Firefox is not able to show the toolbar. Please reinstall the toolbar. How do I do this? I am using the AVG antivirus program, and during installation I got a message that Firefox couldn't find an update for version 5.

AVG recently updated both its paid and free versions to make the "Safe Search" add-on compatible with Firefox 5.

FREE Release Notes:
http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-free-forum?sec=thread&act=show&id=110701 - "10.0.1388"

PAID Release Notes:

Does that work?

Thanks for your reply. I updated my AVG anti virus. I still have the same problem. I forgot to include the name of the script that is not responding at Firefox startup. It's: chrome://tavgp/context/libs/include.js595. Does this help? Thanks again

It still sounds as though AVG's add-on isn't working correctly.

I'll check back at the AVG website. If I get this resolved I'll let you know. Thanks.

I called AVG and they said they were aware of the problem but there was no fix right now.
