Whenever I have more than 1 tab open, firefox will crash whether I'm doing homework online for school, listening to music, going on FB, whatever. I've tried using the troubleshoot but nothing seems to work.

idvaultaddin@whitesky seems to be the culprit. To remove this addon"

  1. type about:addons in the Location bar and press enter
  2. click on extensions on the left.
  3. search for IDVault
  4. click remove
  5. restart firefox

I don't have IDVault. I also had to use Safe mode because going to my extensions keeps crashing Firefox as well.

I already looked at the crashes and nothing seems to be close to what is going on with mine. Thanks, but like I said in my first post, I already tried the troubleshooting.
