When using the New Tab button is opens a new tab featuring a search engine that I do not want. How do I change that to possibly make it open my home page?

When I use the New Tab button in the tab toolbar, it opens the Yahoo! search engine. I would like to change it to either open my homepage, or a different search engine. Is it possible to do this and how?

Thanks for any help!

I believe that is changed by an extension. If you start Firefox in Safe Mode does the search engine come up when you open a new tab? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

Thank you for your response! I did figure out that it was an extension that I needed to delete from the control panel. It is back to being a blank screen, now. Any chance you would know an extension to change it to my homepage?

Thanks again!
