Pin Firefox icon on Windows 7 taskbar unavailable in Firefox 9.0.1

I prefer to keep permanently used applications pinned on Windows 7 taskbar. Today I upgraded to Firefox 9.0.1 and saw that it puts its icon separately from the pinned icon. In order to pin the new version icon I unpinned previously pinned icon, but I was surprised to see that the new version of Firefox does not allow to pin its icon on the taskbar.

From my point of view this is a bug rather than a feature.

I already found a solution to this problem: it's possible to pin the icon from the desktop icon menu, while a taskbar icon does not contain a "Pin" option.
