Favicons are not showing up in my Boomarks list in Firefox 9.0.1 (Mac). How can this be remedied?

Just got prompted to upgrade my Firefox from 8 to 9. I did. All Favicons in the BOOKMARKS list went away (when BOOKMARKS is selected from the menu bar). I don't want them gone I want them there. The sites that do not have Favicons show an empty box but sites that do have Favicons are completely blank. Please fix this and test the next release before you release it to the public.
