I want to make a clean install on my MacBook, but I have a lot of information stored on Firefox such as accounts and passwords, bookmarks etc. Is thee any way to backup all this or I have to write tham on a paper?

You should take a look at Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles. This will give you all the information you need to get a complete backup of your personal settings.
