Were you able to access the site normally until recently, or has it never worked correctly? If the problem is recent, try the following. When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache

Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.

Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"

If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.

(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:

  • right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
  • Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

Then try logging in again and reloading the page. Does that help?

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" in case the current setting is causing problems.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)

Make sure that you allow websites to choose their fonts.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

I've got the same problem and I'm reading all of the above. Really???? You want ME to suddenly become a computer programmer when all I want to do is read my e-mails? It's funny that I can use Internet Explorer and read my e-mails, but not with Firefox, and it's only been recently. Looks like to me that you and Outlook need to get together and figure this out. I do not like using Internet Explorer at all because it's so slow and it's not so easy to toggle on it.

Hi marika200, I realize there's a lot of text there, but pressing 3 keys at the same time, then opening a dialog and clicking a button a few times, is really not computer programming. And then you'll be empowered to solve similar problems in the future. Are you willing to give it a try?

LOL It worked! Thanks for your help. I will keep this handy in case I need to do it again!
