Incomplete and insane looking drop down menu options are provided

When i click on the "Firefox" orange button on the top left corner of the web browser, a drop down list will be provided with set of options. But when i try to select the options and when i hover the mouse pointer over it certain options "BLACK OUT" and certain are still highlighted even though i moved my cursor away from it. If i continue to hover the mouse pointer over the options again and again the web browser crashes.

Even after updating and even after removing and installing of mozilla again, im still facing this problem

Hello,

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

I tried resetting firefox. But im still facing the problem. I even reinstalled firefox now . No use of doing it. Please see the uploaded images.

it may be one of your add ons. try Help->Restart with addones disabled. if that doesn't work see: Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Seems to be working fine when add ons are disabled. Now how to uninstall the addons.....Don't know which is causing trouble.
