i have tried to use the reset feature, but it doesn't work

i cannot a feature such as the one available on AOL that allows the "screen size and position" to be saved

Chosen solution

Operating system is Windows 7 x64. Firefox Version is 20.0.1

Note: my problem has stopped since I manually enlarged (instead of using the enlarge button) the Firefox window to fill the screen
