After opening firefox my 3D FoxTab home page froze and I could not connect to any of my top sites. Closed and rebooted Computer opened firefox and on my 3D FoxTab homepage was blank and no top sites. I removed and installed 3D FoxTab and tried to re add my top sites. The sites did not appear in my 3D FoxTab home page.

I like using 3D FoxTab but it appears it is not working for me what should I do?

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
