Tabs load on selection is on. I restart Firefox and the select a tab. It's loading, but it's an old version of the page. How do i force Firefox to load the actual version of the page?

browser.cache.check_doc_frequency;1 doesn't solve the problem.

I don't like this behavior either, but that is how it works in current Firefox releases.
The only way I know is to reload tabs via F5 or via the right-click context menu.
Clearing the cache when you close Firefox will disable the disk cache (see about:cache), so that is not recommended.
