I am trying to use www.lifetimefitness.com which directs me to

https://www.myltplan.com/#/assessments/myhealthscore?skip_profile=1 and then to https://myhealthscore.mylt.com/myhealthscore/index.jsp?iframe=true&msg_href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.myltplan.com%2Fss%2Fstatic%2Fadjust_height.html#dashboard

to view my personal health score. The web page won't full load. I contacted the company that did the health testing and they suggested that I use firefox plugins, but they can't tell me which plug in. go figure! If you need my login information to fully understand my problem please let me know.

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
