My Lenovo tablet M9 TB310FU (Android 13) can not play videos with a resolution higher then 1440p. When i try to play a video on YouTube at resolution 2160px it never stops loading. I have tested multiple videos on different websites in multiple different formats and as long as the resolution of the video is higher than ~1440p it will not load. If i try other browser like chrome and edge the videos play without issue. I also tried my phone (Android 15) and my old phone (Android 13) but there i am not encountering any issues. I have tried deleting all browser data and reinstalling firefox but that did not help. Does anyone have any idea why this happens?

Hi I do have some issues on my Galaxy Note 9, whole firefox with the UI starts glitching while I use Firefox I tried even chrome but is only happening on Firefox I dunno if is a system glitch or hardware issue but if this only happens when I am using Firefox then I think that's software bug

When an audio is playing on a tab and I lock the phone the sound stops.

I tried everything I read in the help and support, but nothing works for this issue.

Other browsers do not have this problem, but I want to use FireFox, so can this be solved?

I have a Microsoft 365 email account. Incoming settings work perfect! But cannot get outgoing email settings to work at all, I tried all different settings in configuration, but no luck. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

Good day. I had to change my password and when I did all my bookmarks, collections etc are gone in my Firefox and I cannot sync to get it all back. I have a laptop that I rarely use that has Firefox on it. But I'm sure that half of the bookmarks on that or older than my phone because I use my phone all the time. Can you help me get all my information back on my Android phone? Anything you can do to help would be really appreciated. Best regards Kerry
