Hi Aelsawy, I am sorry to hear that you are unable to change your home page. Some of my family has this problem from time to time and it can be quite frustrating.

I think I have interpreted your question differently then cor-el has. My understanding is that you know how to reset Firefox and that you also know how to change your home page. However when you take these steps it does not change.

It sounds like your home page has been hijacked. This means basically what you have described. That you are unable to change your home page. Have when you do a search in the search bar does it use a search engine other then what you have set it too? It sounds like you have some add ware, which is a type of malware. Take a look at this article for other sigs of malware and how to fix it.
