After I download and say run, the install prompt doesn't come up
I did the download both ways - run and save but the install prompt never comes up. I get a pop up that says 7 ZIP: Operation successful but nothing happens after that. I've downloaded firefox on my old PC with no problem.

What is your computer system and Firefox?
Try using this link; Download Firefox For All languages And Systems
Try this:
- Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
*https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
