I have several search engines added on my Firefox. I would like to trigger a search, based on a selected text found on any webpage, on all search engines at once. how could i do it ? is there any addon for this ?

Firefox doesn't do that. But there are add-ons that can. Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

Actually i did that... and you are right there tons of cool addons. One of the best in my opinion is "ADD to Serach bar" that can add any search engine to right button menu in few clicks.

But even searching a lot, i didn't find anyone that would trigger all search engines that i have at once.

Does anyone know any addon for this ?

P.S. - when i said i searched a lot, it's really a lot ... and i didn't find anything. Help pls!!!

I don't believe there is an add-on for this specifically, but a workaround I use is to set up keywords for a specific engine.

E.g. I use yt for YouTube, kat for Torrents, g for Google, y for Yahoo!, etc.

Simply right click the search box on any page you wish to use a keyword for then click "Add keyword"
