When you open the Troubleshooting Information page as Fred mentioned, you'll probably see three extensions that Firefox downloads itself (I deleted the lines in between as the excess information makes it harder to read):

FredMcD....In the Grey colored box that says " Search Mozilla Support " I typed in "about:support " and pressed " Enter " It brought me to 177 topics.. Although I did not read all 177 topics, nowhere did I even see a "copy to clipboard " and there was no " Reply box at the bottom of this page ".

I absolutely realize you folks are going above and beyond trying to assist me in answering my question....and I thank you for all your help. I have a brand new HP desktop computer running Windows 10 and my older computer that had Windows 7 was so user friendly....I loved it.

Windows 10 is a complete freeking nightmare. It took one full day to install the Anniversary Update when everyone said it should take an hour at the most. Right now I'm completely burned out dealing with this new computer and I think I'm going to call it quits for today.

Ill get a fresh start Tuesday Morning. In the meantime, thanks very much for your help.

about:support is the Troubleshooting Information page.

You can also open it via Help > Troubleshooting Information menu item.

The about:support page is an internal page in Firefox. To open "about" pages, type or paste their address in the address bar and press Enter. (Note: there is no http or .anything at the end of these internal addresses.)

Greetings... I click on " troubleshooting information " In the upper left hand corner of that page ( the Firefox Logo is Orange ) In the address bar I type in " about:: support " and press enter..... Nothing happens. .

On the same page are two box's. One box says " copy raw data to clipboard" and the other box says " copy text to clipboard ". I click on " copy text to clipboard "........ Nothing happens.

On this same page and in the upper left hand corner if I click on the Orange colored Firefox Logo it says " This is a secure Firefox page " and " You have not granted this site any special permission ".

If I click on either of those....Nothing happens.
