I'm clicking on a link that will open/download a .PDF file. However, when I click it, it will ask me to save or open it as an html file. I've tried with other browsers to see if the problem is the same and it is not.

Hey HomeInsAgy, you may have to set your default file opening method type to PDF. This article below should be able to help you out further. If you have any other questions, be sure to let me know.

Hey J Gill! Thanks for your reply. I have tried setting the default to save as a PDF (in this case Adobe Acrobat). However, while it does save the file as a pdf, it saves the html view version of it. Or rather it saves the html page/website view as a pdf. What I'm assuming is happening is that the page gets "opened up" as a html file or the way it would look as a web page version and then printed as a pdf. Not giving me the actual pdf view version of it. I hope that makes sense.

I've tried another browser, and when I click on the link it automatically saves it as a pdf as it was intended for it to be seen.
