Windows 10 and "blocking" spam e mails does not seem to be working.

more options

As noted above.

I get a ton of spam e mails. Outlook has the ability to "block" those e mails and lately it does not appear to be working.
Is there a setting in my Firefox that I need to adjust to allow outlook to "see" those e mails I want to "block" so I don't continue to get them in my spam folder????
Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated..

Thanks and have a great day, Don

Hi Don, are you viewing your email in Firefox -- on the web version of Outlook -- or in the Outlook desktop application?

When you view your email in Firefox, you should be able to access the mail site's settings for filtering junk mail. Firefox itself doesn't participate in that process, it has to be done by the mail site.

The Outlook desktop application connects directly to Microsoft and does not rely on Firefox in any way.
