Where is the option to disable pull to refresh? This is so annoying when you are scrolling after entering form data just to have the page refresh and lose everything. This is the reason I stopped using Chrome. Where do I turn it off?

Even if you pinch in too far it refreshes. I keep losing my form data.

This is so infuriating I can't believe it's been made default (and unchangeable). I didn't even realize it's refreshing pages all the time, thought I was visiting poorly built pages, for months now.
