Firefox is a free, employing lots of staff to provide a telephone based customer support service would be very expensive. The majority of people who provide answers here and on the live chat service are volunteers doing it in their own time.

I'm am totally unhappy with the new version - I may have to go back to ie - I can't get the awesome bar to do anything - I keep losing icons - I've tried the chat room and looking up questions and have gotten no where. The previous version was fine - this upgrade is terrible.
