My access to my bank account via Firefox keeps crashing when I try to print something--which is important as the time is printed verifying the time of what's showing on the screen.

Since last Saturday I've downloaded Firefox Update 3.6.10.exe 5 separate times. When the download is complete, the only options appearing on the drop down box is "Save to File" or "Cancel". Each time I've done the "Save to File".

I don't think the Update is running, as the crash keeps happening.

Is there a way to check if the update is running, or make it run?

I need to know if it's your system or the banks's that is causing the failure to print and the crashes.

Can You help?

You posted here with Firefox 3.6.10, so the update was installed.

As far as the crashes, see this:
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes#Getting_help_with_your_crash

I'm curious what brand of printer those crashes are happening with, any chance it is a Canon?

If so, visit the Canon support website and see if there are any newer print drivers than what you now have installed.

No, printer is HP 7400. This is the only item that crashes--and it doesn't necessary have to be when printing. It's just that the time spent when I was m online was devoted to trying to print off some account info.

If I'd "hurry" to preform the print command, it'd print before crashing.

Read the article that I hyperlinked, and provide some Crash Report ID's.

My operating system is Microsoft XP 2000,Media Center Edition, Service Pack 3.

I've been told by the tech folks at my bank, as it's at their Web Page that the crash occurs, that my problem is updating and running the latest version of foxfire, which is 3.6.10.exe. Well, I have down loaded it-- 5 times to be exact, but I can't confirm it is running. When I download it the oldn option I have when the drop downbox appears following confirming that the fdownload is complete is 1)_"Save to file", or 2)-- "Cancel". I've always chosen "Save to File"--all 5 times.

I can find no way to confirm if the update is running that I've "Saved to File" running, but yet the crashes keep occurring at this bank's web page. Their tech tell me that the options appearing for then when they download the Fire Fox Update includes more than just 1)--"Save to File" and 2)--"Cancel".

Is not "step 1" to confirm the saved Firefox Update 3.6.10.exe version is even running on my PC?
