My (Your) screen resolution is set below our minimum recommendation of 1025x600 pixels-for a better experience, try increasing your screen resolution. Try again. You may continue with your current settings, but Frontier-Yahoo may not display properly. I cannot access Frontier Email account. Windows 8 OS. Advise Please. I have tried uninstall/install Firefox with no solution. How do you increase screen resolution? Thank You.

See this - http://www.wikihow.com/Change-the-Resolution-in-Windows-8

Make sure that the setting is the highest it can be (furthest right).

Something that is installed on that PC has messed with your Firefox user agent - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_agent
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:25.0; WUID=dbfe9e3c3b503f32a1a59fc2dd2a3f91; WTB=8679) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0

The WUID=dbfe9e3c3b503f32a1a59fc2dd2a3f91; WTB=8679 section has been added by another program (or by malware) and might be confusing the website, as that's not normally part of the Firefox UA string.

Please read this support article - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-firefox-outdated-or-incompatible - and do the recommended reset, to try to get rid of that garbage string. Garbage like that added to the UA string makes your device more personally identifiable on the internet! IMO, that is a minor security exploit which Firefox is usually successful at blocking, since like Firefox 12 or so.

This can also happen if you zoom web pages.

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.
