Hello Thunderbird Users!

I have installed Thunderbird for the first time to use as my e-mail reader in conjunction with AT&T High Speed DSL mail. I have many folders that I have stored many e-mails in using the AT&T web mail site. I have installed Thunderbird and have been able to connect and receive my new e-mails. However, I have not been able to see or download any of the e-mails that are contained in the folders. Does anyone know how to bring these down into Thunderbird?

Thanks!

David Leigh

I think AT&T only supports POP accounts in programs like TB, which means that only the Inbox is accessible (unlike IMAP accounts that synchronize all folders).

You may have to move the messages from the folders to the Inbox to download them in TB.
