Very slow server response (about 5 seconds) on Ubuntu 14.04

When i'm visiting for first time page it's loading about 5 seconds. I'ive tried already: 1) Safe mode 2) Reset to defaults (without any plugins etc) 3) Disabling hardware acceleration 4) Another browser on same computer (everything is always ok) 5) I've checked that it could be a DNS issue (it's not, i've got a dns cache on computer) I've got a newest version etc. I can send a screenshot of firebug if necessary it shows very long time (5000ms) of server response, when in same time second browser is responding in about 200ms. Strange is that delay is often the same.

Try to disable IPv6 (check for other possible causes as well).
