When I try to go to my extensions it takes me to a Garmin page, and I cannot disable my extensions.
I am having trouble with a "DNS Solution Yahoo Error" message. Your instructions tell me to click on the Menu bar and choose Add-Ons. When I do this the page is redirected to a Garmin website, and I don't ever get to the extensions. How do I get around this?

Hello,
Did you download Firefox from the official site? If you did not, uninstall Firefox and download a fresh copy (using Safari or another browser) from:
- Or if you need a different localization: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
If you did install Firefox from the official site, what happens if you enter about:addons into the address bar, are you still being redirected? If you are, Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that turns off some settings, disables most add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:
- Click the menu button , click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:
- On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "Start in Safe Mode".
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.
To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem.
Were you using the Firefox menu, or the web page menu?
Does typing in about:addons to get to the Extensions work?

Note that you usually get the about:addons page with the Get Extensions tab selected.
Do you see the page with those tabs (menu at the left side)?
You can check for problems with preferences.
Delete possible user.js and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename (or delete) the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in the current Firefox release.
