When I saw the confirming message of my contribution (made by credit card), the email address I entered was mistyped. How do I prevent the erroneously typed e-mail address from getting my credit card info, or for that matter, how do I prevent/correct the email address to be used for confirming my contribution?

Once a message has been sent, it is gone. As to what the receiver does with the message . . . . . Try sending another message to correct your information and request a response.

Thank you for your prompt response. The credit card will be monitored and I will improve my typing skills :-)

Again, appreciate the prompt response.

I'd contact your financier immediately and change your credit card number.
