Since upgrading to Firefox 36.0.1, multi-line text boxes generated by InfoPath 2010/SharePoint 2010 no longer move to new lines when text is entered. As lots of text is entered, the cursor remains on the first line.

Firefox 36 turned on support for the white-space style property in <textarea> controls for the first time. So if the control has a white-space:pre rule, then Firefox will no longer wrap text in version 36+.
