I have already wiped out Firefox with all the data. And reinstalled it as suggested by Twitter support. You can find all my reports by IP **.**.***.**

I can't look up crash reports by IP, Mozilla doesn't store those. Next time Firefox crashes please get the crash id using the steps above.

Please click on the other 3 Crash Reports to send them and then give us the BP- id that appears after submission - they probably weren't sent to Mozilla. I didn't see enough identifiable information to move forward.

IMO, Microsoft Desktop Window Manager isn't enough for us to work with - too generic of a crash. Unless you are running a modified desktop theme, in which case disable temporarily it to verify that isn't causing Firefox to crash ...

Why the 37 version didn't crashed and 38 started to crash every day. Nothing changed except the update.
