cannot access firefox

I downloaded Firefox for my wifes work and after setting it up and syncronizinging it with my Yahoo account, I cannot access Firefox with the password that I used, nor will it send me the access to change my password. I have been reluctant to upgrade from my standard Yahoo account because of the problems that I have heard others having with Firefox. Unfortunately my wife's work uses Firefox for their on-line accounts. I need this rectified ASAP please.

Not too sure what is password protected and not accessible.

  • What about entering the password manually ?

Sorry we can not see your computers or what you are doing so you may need to give further information so we may understand is happening.

Passwords are used amongst other things for

  1. Logging into your computer, maybe also into the BIOS settings, or a Network.
  2. Logging into many types of Site or service, including Yahoo webmail
  3. Firefox's Master Password
  4. Firefox's Sync feature see

What exactly are you having the problem with ?
