Firefox is crashing every 15 seconds since the last update
WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU DOING TO YOUR SOFTWARE????
Since the last update on 9/03, Firefox is crashing every 15 seconds. I can't open more than 3 tabs, it freezes and crashes shortly thereafter.
How can I reverse the updates?? How can I set it up so that updates are not downloading without my ok?
In fact I would like to reverse ALL of the updates in the last year or so, which have been causing freezing and crashing more and more often - with exception of the SYNC tool.
Thank you

You can check if it helps to start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-":
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support).
- Click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.
Alternatively you can open about:crashes via the location/address bar.

If you can't open Firefox, see:
What crash reports?????? There is NOTHING left behind and I am not going to open this thing 3000 times to see it crash every 10 second to look for those crash reports or look those links up.
Plus I want to make sure all my tabs are saved. None of that time-consuming troubleshooting guarantees that.
I WANT TO GET RID OF THE UPDATES which ARE clearly CAUSING THE PROBLEM!!!! Thank you

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Note: Edge on Win10 does not use ActiveX version but its own Flash.
Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac
Then reinstall the latest version.
