I am adding security exception for IPV6 address [2001:10::11]. So, this exception should work for expanded form address i.e. [2001:10:0:0:0:0:0:11] also but, that's not happening. I have to add both expanded and un-expanded addresses in exception list separately.

This is working perfectly fine in internet explorer, Earlier I was able to do this in Firefox also, but now it's not happening.

This issue is happening specifically for .swf Flash files, Html files are unaffected.

ipv6 addresses are enabled by default in Firefox, so I am not sure why the flash files are blocked.

Is there a web filter, firewall, or proxy that might also be blocking the swf files?

What might block these files is if the Flash Player is blocked in the site permissions or not activated in the Firefox addons page. Other issues that have also come up in the past where swf are blocked were caused by malware or an outdated plugin.
