Hi, make sure that Firefox is set as your default browser: Make Firefox your default browser.

Incidentally, you have more than one version of Shockwave Flash which can cause problems - the oldest should be removed.

Tried all that, still no luck. Do you think I need to uninstall edge? I sometimes need an additional browser for some online work I do.
