Hi I've got an add-on 'advanced unread folder' that allows me to display all inbox emails from all accounts in a unified page. But it is limiting me because I want to see all unread mail from all folders in any account in one page, not just all inboxes but all unread folders. The closest I've gotten is, the Unread add-on, but still that requires me to navigate to each folder to view the mail.

How can I view all unread messages (from all folders) in one unified click?

So this saved search will yield all new and unread messages and prompt me on the system tray right?

Right now the shortcut keys dont do anything maybe because I have no saved searches

No the toaster and system trays will not get any sort of notification. However with IMAP accounts you are notified of new mail regardless of the folder it comes to.
