While browsing, some sites are blocked saying adblocker is detected, whereas adblocker was disabled and then deleted. Now, no adblocking addon or extension is installed on firefox browser, yet the sites don't load.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Hi, if FredMcD's advice doesn't fix it, delete all references to the websites in question, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the sites (not from old bookmarks) again.

Note, you are using an old version of Firefox, which can compromise your security and may cause other problems. To update it, open the 3-bar menu > Help (question mark at bottom right) > About Firefox. Alternatively, you can press the Alt key to bring up the main menu bar > Help > About Firefox. More - Update Firefox to the latest release.

Also, you are using an old version of Shockwave Flash. To update - open the Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A) > Plugins.
