Philipp, "In that text field, type %APPDATA% and press Enter. An explorer window should open. From that explorer window, double-click on the Mozilla folder, then double-click on Firefox and then on Crash reports. Double-click on submitted. "

On my computer, there IS no Mozilla folder, you must go in either "Local" or "Roaming" ------ BOTH have a Mozilla folder. Please include this situation in your instructions - PLEASE, WHICH ONE DO YOU MEAN?

forgot to send an update. Symantec updated their IPS file late afternoon on 9/13. make sure your SEP server received the file and update the clients. once done FF ESR 38.0.1 works again. time to plan an upgrade to version 45.3 as that's the min version recommended by Symantec. betting they block the older version again sometime down the road.
