Upgraded to 49.0.2 this morning. whenever I use either the "Back" or "Forward" navigation buttons (or whenever forward is available) the drop-down menu of sites is displayed and won't disappear until I click somewhere on the page in question.

This is annoying yes, but it also makes me wonder why I am still fighting with FF.

hi dblatnik, this is apparently caused by a bug in the betterprivacy addon. the extension author is aware of this and reportedly looking to release a fix for that soon, so please look out for a new version of that addon... https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/

scrolling is not available until the drop down is removed... so just ignoring it is not an option

And the X for closing a tab is missing as well. Only way to close a tab I found is by right clicking on the tab then choosing close tab. Jeesh, things don't seem to be getting better.
