i have lost my inbox emails while removing account

I tried to remove my account and add another user on the email app. while doing that I realize I have lost all mails in my inbox. so I removed the account that I created on my PC. and tried to redo my account on doing that I lost the new account Inbox emails also

I tried doing all whats on the forum but its not helping me to get both the account emails back to inbox folder

I can see a heavy file name Inbox on local directory and tried to restore it by adding the address to local directory (server settings) still its not working
