Whenever I try to subscribe to a feed, it doesn't give me the option to use Reader, only Live Bookmarks.

Hi   !

3-bar menu (or 'Tools') => Options => Applications  :

Under 'Action' you can set the 'Web Feed' action to 'Always ask' if you do not want to set a specific application for RSS feeds.

I don't have the option of "Always Ask", just "Preview in Firefox", "Add Live Bookmarks in Firefox", or "Use a specific application such as Outlook, My Yahoo, etc.

You don't see 'Use other .... ' there  ? (should be right under 'My Yahoo')

I do see "Use other", but the application isn't on the list that comes up (unless it's called something strange)

What if you click 'Browse' (on the left bottom)  ?
