Dragging and Dropping Images from website to desktop is not saving with .jpg file extension. Needs to be either manually entered, or saved with the "Save as..." option

Windows 10 Firefox 59

Have tried to troubleshoot myself with a fresh install, new profile, Firefox beta install and Nightly install. None of which provided a solution.

Another user had the same problem. It turned out it was a setting in the Folder Options caused the issue.
