I am trying to import a personal certificate, where the cert itself is a ".pem" file, and the associated private key is in a separate ".key" file (both reside in the same folder, and both have ownership set to the user doing the import.) When I select the .pem file and click "Import", I get an error dialog stating "This personal certificate cannot be installed because you do not own the corresponding private key which was created when the certificate was requested." How can I import this certificate?

Hello, This is a know issue: To resolve this problem, the same computer, browser and log-in must be used for enrollment and download. If the problem persists, a replacement certificate must be submitted. https://knowledge.digicert.com/solution/SO6650.html Hope this help!
