I have a problem with the firefox browser on my phone (Oneplus 7T). When I download a file, and then want to open it, the message "Could not open file" is displayed on my screen. For example, I tried to download word documents and pdf files, and it wasn't possible to open any of these two types.

I already activated the external download manager but it didn't change anything. I put firefox as my default browser but nothing changed.

I really want to switch from chrome to firefox but this problem is the main reason I don't...

Anyone can help :) ?

Hi

Firefox for Android does not have the ability to open documents, you will need to use an external app to be able to do that.
