When i try to go on addons.mozilla.org it says the connection timed out and sometimes it says i cant access due to page not being secure and some problems with certificate, i tried with another browser but its same thing.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

This doesn't solve my problem, but I'm going to mark this as solved anyway, since my problem is no longer happening. Edit: apologies, I asked a very similar question recently, so I thought your reply was to my question (For some reason I got an email of your reply even though it was for a different question)
