I have several email accounts that download into Thunderbird. Until now, I received specific incoming email alerts for each separate account. Now I'm just told '2 new messages', which is NOT helpful. I need to know which email account the incoming message is for. Is there a way to do this? This is most definitely NOT an improvement. I have used Thunderbird and its predecessors for many many years and until today, the incoming email alert has always told me the specific account for the incoming email, ie: Acct A has 2 messages; Acct B has 1 message. PLEASE fix this!

I may have a related problem. I get duplicate/triplicate incoming email alerts for the same message.
