Go to [=] > Options > Privacy & Security. Make sure Allow Firefox to install and run studies is check marked.

If you had it disabled, you can disable studies again after your add-ons have been re-enabled.

They are working on a general fix that doesn't need to rely on this and will keep you updated.

Thanks for replying. That box was already checked. However I woke up this morning and after my computer being off overnight it suddenly installed. Have no idea why

I have another issue I am trying to get into my work email and another retirement website. Each time I try to login it says secure connection failed and it’s showing not secure up in the browser. What is going on with Firefox all of a sudden? It’s changed on its own I use this email and website every day. Thanks
