Since Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products, please post a new thread in the Mozilla VPN section using https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox-private-network-vpn/form as the Mozilla VPN section is listed in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new

This section is for support of the (desktop) Firefox web browser and the thread cannot be moved to the Mozilla VPN section.
