Firefox is not opening. Every time I try to use it, I get the message:

" We're sorry. Firefox had a problem and crashed. We’ll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts."

I have submitted the crash report: Crash ID: bp-51f17766-7a20-41dc-ae3d-27ab10240501

I am running it on Fedora 40.

Thank you!

I assume you've tried running from the cmd line. Try downloading Firefox from Mozilla, run firefox-bin from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

The good thing is that if you run strace, the output file (firefox_debug.txt) shouldn't be too big and it should be easy to see why the program ends.

strace -t -o firefox_debug.txt firefox &

Also, how about some system info? I just came across fastfetch and it is fast. see screenshot
