Hi, good afternoon  :-) this is something that comes and goes, but it bugs me as I don't understand it. There is sometimes a symbol that resembles a letter or paper with a notch and other times your logo, as it is meant to be. I am asking because...virus?  :-(

That to me looks like Firefox icon is corrupted or the .exe file is corrupt and might need to uninstall and reinstall to restore the icons. But if you do this make sure to backup all your bookmark/data files before doing this process as there risk you will loose those data.
