When you open maps, like apple maps, google maps, waze, is it the same location or the correct location? Do you have a VPN? (If no, then no problem) How do the websites know? I'm thinking what you are saying is going on is you have information being automatically filled in, like your name, address, etc and your zip code and each time it fills in the same zip code. That's an autofill thing in your settings if i'm correct.
